ALL high school athletes must be athletically cleared before all sport participation.

1. Pre-participation physical examination form.  Must be completed before sport participation.  

2. Create an account for the athlete by completing "Athletic On-line Clearance Process" on Home Campus.    https://www.homecampus.com/login

3. LOCATION:  Edison High School GYM.  Physical Day June 3, 2023.  10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  Cost $30.
